Unable to erect fully
Sir I had rectal surgery APR in jan 2021 after that I was unable to erect
But from last week I am able to erect little bit but unable to have sex so I tried masturbating to check for ejucation so I tried and it worked but ejucation was very little and was not forcfully and it was painfull ejucating and pain after that for 5 min and urge to go for urine
So I request you to help me out in this problem as its effecting my personel life as iam just 29 and married 5 years ago please help me out sir

It quite early to see positive response regarding erections after a big surgery like APR in which pelvic nerves are being definitively affected. Need to wait for couple of months more.
