Ttc from 2.5 years 4 cycles with clomid +follicular study +hcg no ovulation no success all blood work came fine semen count is excellant hsg done tubes are patent we did ovarian drilling post that my periods got regualarizes but no ovulation naturally had to take hcg injection for ovulation tried laterozole+fs+hcg ovulated but in vain no pregnancy Did 4 cycles clomid+iui ovulated with hcg but all cycles failed. Husbands sperm DNA fragmentation are fine Sugestion is laparohysteroscopy to do??
