I am unable to close my left eye and right eye is continuously twitching and not at all feeling comfortable to speak and eat something with mouth can you please and please tell me what happened what I should take care To recover it please help me facing too much problem

its facial  palsy induced lagophthalmas .use eye drops refresh tears or genteal or systane ultra 6 times a day. eye ointment lacrygel at bedtime and even you cN close lids wiyh a tape at bed time after putting eye  ointment.
Next Steps
consult neurologist and  cardiologist  immediately to start treatment. normally it takes min 2 weeks to recover.
