I done umblical hernia surgery laprascopy last year december 2016, that time without mesh, doctors done that operation. Now I have got again umblical hernia, I have hypothyroid 7.5 level now I have suggested to do open surgery, is it ok to do operation kindly advise sir. I have thyroid problems from 3 years taking tablets 25mg normal only
