Can I use A chemical depilatory like Veet , to remove the hairs from umbilicus , or should I just shave off the hairs from umbilicus ?

Veet is definitely recommended and better than shaving off. But if as you say you have pilonidal sinus, then you shall have to get it operated immediately, as I see you are taking antibiotics for infections, I presume in the pilonidal sinus. Please consult a General Surgeon for the same.
