hello..., ultrasound during pregnancy is safe ,thats why its made mandatory ,in x ray ,ct scan quite powerfull rays are used .. in ultrasound its just sound waves which is transmitted through the body . three to four ultrasounds are regularly done in all pregnancy ... dont worry about thAT
