Sir I went through Full body check up and was having high triglycerides and ggtp level. After that I was having pain below my rib on right side and also back ache. I went to hospital for ultrasound . The ultrasound reports were normal. I am having oil free food for last one month and no fast food is consumed by me from last one month .but still I am having ache on upper part of stomach and back ache . Dr. Said it's because of muscle strain . But how upper part of the stomach have pain because of muscle strain.
