I've been having ruq pain....I went to ER it's not my gallbladder. But the ultrasound showed that the liver is echogenic and consistent with liver parenchymal disease. What does that mean?

Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .
Next Steps
Ecogenic parenchymal pattern may be due to fatty liver. Feel fee to ask any further quary related to this
