Her last periods is on 27-2-2019 and we had a unprotected intercourse on 9-1-2019 this ultrasound has been done after 7 weeks of intercourse as per information in ultrasound what are the chances of pregnancy?

The sonography will not detect the pregnancy at this stage anyway...so it is better to get urine pregnancy test done on around 27/3/2019
