I have been diognosed with OSMFIII 10 months back,with white patches and bands inside the cheeks with lot of burning sensation. Burning of mouth is progressing day by day. INABLE TO EAT ANYTHING EVEN BOILED FOOD. SINCE 5 MONTHS ULCERS ON LIPS ARE ROUND UPPISH TRANSPERENT AND DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE adding MORE AND MORE ULCERS. I DONT PREFER BIOPSY IN MY CASE. KINDLY ADVISE MEDICATION WITHOUT ANY CUTS OF MOUTH PARTS. KINDLY DIOGNOSR THE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT.

Thanks for your question.Hisrory suggestive of a already diagnosis ie OSMF.There are limited medical treatment available to relieve the symptoms and biopsy is only asked to rule out neoplasia if clinically suggestive of.Requesting you to consult any ENT specialist or Oral pathologist of your choice.without delay.
