Sir , LIPS ULCERS GROWING DAY BY DAY SINCE ,6 MONTHS UNHEALING,PAAN CHEWING SINCE 15 YEARS . ULCRRS UNDER THE TONGUE ON THE FLOOR OF MOUTH ALSO ULCERS SEEN. UPPER LIPS ULCERS ARE PAINFUL. OSMFIII No biopsy done since lockdown. Nearby no ENT SPLST AVAILABLE. HEAVY MOUTH BURNING SND WATERING HEAVY Paan chewing since 15 years. I would be obliged what is to be done. Oral sqamous carcinoma is SUSPECTED.

As there are multiple and painful ulcers in your oral cavity, it is likely to have benign ulcers, start multi vitamin tablet daily, stop paan. Use Hexidin gargle, three times a day and for pain relief, use Mucopain oral gel.
Next Steps
please take photo of that ulcers in proper light and post it , so i can diagnose perfectly.
