First of all treatment does not mean that only medicinal treatment. Treatment has 4 aspect-1) Disease managment- to stable all the body parameter like a patient of thalacemia if haemoglobin is below 5 definitely need blood transfusion, a case severe dehydration definitely need IV drip; (2)medicinal treatment; (3)surgical procedure as per the situation requirement; (4) maintain of a healthy lifestyle and healthy food habits. So every medical science has its own scope and limitation. Both allopathy and homeopathy are mutually dependent each other. In any disease condition well management can be avail in a hospital. But for long term cure homeopathy is more beneficial than other. Ulcerative colitis is an auto immune disease. in all auto immune diseases the constitutional homeopathy treatment helps to bring back the disturbed immune system in track. So for a long term cure if any body adopting homeopathy will get a long term cure. But as Dr Aparna told the treatment should be decided as per the intensity of symptoms, suppose there is more bleeding or colon perforation then immediate medical attention is required. But over all homeopathy generally help a lot in all auto immune diseases as because every auto immune diseases has some way linked with psycho emotional etiological sphere manifests through immunoendocrine axis to ground level symptoms. So this is the overall things. Thank you

If u ask abt the system of medicine, that which one will help better, any Doctor suggests defntly their system only. But before suggesting the system of medicine, One should know the intensity of the Problem&its symptoms. In Homeopathy, definitely there are good remedies which will help to relieve ur suffering both acute&chronic way. But here the thing is,in Homeo,to choose the proper remedy,Patient's co operation is very important to explain their complaint nature,Symptoms etc all.But abdolutely there will not be any side effects while using medicines, though if u take for longer period.

we can't debate which pathy is good. But ulcerative colitis cause is unknown. Hence in such cases where exact physical cause is unknown Homoeopathy can certainly help since we see person as a whole. In allopathy you will be given symptomatic treatment whereas in Hpathy we give treatment as per the personality which gives healing. If you feel you can feel free to contact me. #stayhealthy #stayhappy
