Ulcerated/burst external thrombosed pile

I have got this external pile since 2 weeks, I applied prosctosedyl ointment pain and size reduced but in the next week the head of it got burst or ulcerated which led to bleeding, initially bleeding was more enough to stain undies then it gradually reduced but after a week it oozes now and then which is very minimal and stains the surrounding area. Doc said it's ulcerated and gave antibiotics cold compress topical ointment and signo tab told it'll heal on its own. Visually the ulcer remains more or less the same size and same type dark red dot. Doc said it'll take 7-10 days more with just this Is it normal to heal like this ? Is something else required ? Any surgery for instant relief ? The only problem is it oozing now and then which makes me uncomfortable Otherwise there's no pain No itching Bm are smooth and once a day taking cremaffin for that Also applying fidonal ointment locally
