Sir i have ulcer on my penis and i take Azithromycin 500 mg for 6 days and my ulcer gone totaly but now its back after 3 weeks again i notice that when i consume more caffine like 200 mg to 300 mg per day or other energy drinks which contains caffine and i got that ulcer i take because im a professional athlet so i take for enhance my performace please help me out does these ulcer on penis come from caffine intake or something other issue like STD
