Hello, there’s nothing to worry about. It is a small water filled swelling on your lowerlip. You should get it removed with a ENT surgeon. It’s a minor procedure. It won’t retract on its own.
Next Steps
Consult EBT surgeon to get it removed
Health Tips
Avoid bursting again and again

A firm/hard lip lesion that recurs after appearing to flatten, in someone who smokes, needs to be examined in person rather than assessed from photos - and it should not be drained or squeezed any further. Most lip lesions are benign, but any persistent, hard, recurring lesion in a smoker should be properly evaluated to rule out anything serious. I am not able to give a diagnosis from images alone.
Next Steps
Please book an in-person ENT or oral medicine/oral surgery consultation soon for a clinical examination. If the lesion has been present for more than about two weeks without healing, a biopsy may be advised to confirm the diagnosis.
Health Tips
Please stop trying to drain or squeeze it, as this can worsen the lesion and cause infection. Reducing or stopping smoking is strongly advised. A persistent, non-healing oral lesion always deserves an in-person examination.
