Hi I'm facing ulcer inside my lips & tongue last 3 months.  I applied zytee & anabel gel and took medicine rinifol, folic acid and becozyme vitamin b.  Till yet not healed.  I'm get scared now

Hello Dear Please be calm See 3 months is a large time for ulcer to heal. If it is not healing then there must be some consistent irritation or some anamoly I suggest you to get clinical examination or if possible video consultation to see if biopsy is needed or not
