Diagnosed yesterday with typhoid. Taking medication as suggested by local doctor. Need guidance on diet and medication. At night was having fever of 104 f. Morning it is 99.5f . Need guidance on this .

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids and have a soft diet.
