My nephew is having fever since last 15-16 days. The gist of his today's reports is as under: Widal test : all figures are <1:40 dil Sgpt/Alt : 66 u/l Lymphocytes : 65% Neutrophils: 29% Esr : 40mm/hr Malaria antigen : Negative Urine Routine : All ok Kindly suggest the course of action

Hello What is the age of your nephew? Decreased neutrophils in comparison to lymphocytes seems high. Raised ESR suggests "Infection". SGPT is mildly raised but since all the labs have their own reference value we need to compare to that. Kindly Take Online Consultation Asap I need to assess your nephew's condition.
