Pomegranate will be really helpful.. Take light, boiled food without spices e.g. Bottlegaurd, carrot, ridgegaurd, snakegaurd etc with little amout of rice. In dals, Green dal can be taken but avoid too much of Proteins. Also, avoid leafy vegetables like Cabbage, spinach.
