Hi dr , my mom diagnosed by fewer . Her reports has been attached . Now she is taking . Now she is taking ZIFI -O Tablets daily 2 tablets . Now she is complaining she is not getting enough sleep at night . And also she is also taking heart tablet of LITNERVE -NP .. kindly suggest ..

Insomnia is a result of the LITNERVE-NP. I'm assuming since she's a diabetic, this tablet is given to prevent or halt the progression of neuropathic symptoms prevalent in diabetic patients. Please do not stop taking zifi-o tablet. The insomnia is a side effect of litnerve NP.
Next Steps
Continue the medication. Any stoppage might make the symptoms worse. And please make sure your mother adheres to the medicine and doesn't miss any doses.

Litnerve- NP is not a heart medicine , it's for peripheral neuropathy mainly used in diabetic neuropathy.
Your mother's random blood sugar levels are high is she taking any medication for diabetes?
