Typhoid Fever with severe headache
Sir I m suffering typhoid fever from 10 days.doctor prescribed me azithromycin 500mg * 2 per day for 5 days.
Paracetamol 650 *3 per day for 5 days.
I have finished this medicine but not cute my fever & headache.
So I did a another test urine, malaria & CBC .all tests are looks fine. Another doctor prescribed me same medicine.i have continued it another 4 days but my condition not cured.now I am suffering heavy headache with fever.
Please suggest me the medicine.
Hello.. I think fever and headache due to acute sinusitis. Get a blood culture done to rule out other causes. Do you have difficulty flexing neck?? Do you have difficulty looking at light? If above symptoms are absent do steam inhalation and hot fomentation of sinus area three times a day along with analgesics and antibiotics.
