Typhoid fever chills weight loss

I suffered from typhoid 40 days before I had my course and had injection for 7 days ceftrixone and had antibiotics for 14 days but from last 3 days at night i feel chills while sleeping , and feeling fever but when I measured it was normal around 98.6 only and yes feeling weakness from last 45 days straight, and lost 7 kg weight   almost since 2 months what should I do should I go for test again but my doctor said report will show positive for 2 months so i don't what is happening can anybody help me. Your answers will be appreciated thankyou
