Typhoid and blood sugar

I am suffering from typhoid and blood sugar with 336 unit reading. I am unable to eat and vomits right after eating the meal. Weakness is completely capturing my body please suggest

Sir, this is serious issue. At your age, I'd like to advise you to seek a medical care. You need to have your ABG, Serum potassium urine ketones, ecg and other relevant tests done, on urgent basis.
