I ve been sufferinf from type 1 diabetes and continuous on insulin intake. I have lost 9kgs and became lean. Pls advice.

Weight loss in patient with type 1 diabetes could be due to various reasons. Is your diabetes control good. If no consult your doctor for insulin dose optimisation. You may need evaluation for other illnesses such as thyroid, coeliac disease etc. Consult an endocrinologist
