Start antibiotics. Do the following treatment. Tab. Levoflixacin 500mg daily. Tab metron 400mg 3 times a day. Tab Zerodol-SP 1 tab daily once, ointment Cosvate-G, cap vizilac 1 cap once daily. Hot foamentation will really help
