Type 2 Diabetes mellitus since 20 yes. Takes glycomet trio 2 daily 2 tabs. Still the Fasting blood sugar level is 325 on checking through s d check at my home. Shall I change the medicine ?

If the fasting is so high while taking glycomet trio 2 twice a day, it's unlikely that she will respond to any other tablet. Better to start insulin
