Type 1 diabetic with chronic pain

I am a type 1 diabetic I have been having pain in my lower back and the middle of my back between my shoulders I have seen several specialist and doctors with different diagnosis with no solutions I am not sure what else I can do, I cant sleep and have problems playing with my kids and sitting down or standing for long periods of time I feel like I have no energy to do anything I think the doctors mainly just write me off because of my age and think I am just out to get pain medication.
