My mom underwent tympanoplasty in year 2019. Since last 3-4 months she hears a whoosing kind of sound in that ear. She often have ear ache too once in a month. What could be the possible reason?

There are many reasons for new sounds following Hearing reconstruction, it can be movements of new drum or calcification or fluid, infection, It is very difficult to say without examining ear under a Microscope.
