I got circumsiced 4 months ago. Recently I started  experiencing bifurcation in urine stream and it slightly pains however the speed is the same. Is it a sign of stricture?

It can be residual skin phimosis, meatal stenosis , or stricture. Would ask u to get a uroflowmetry. And if possible send a picture of tip of penis. (Operated site)
