Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of myokymia Most common cause is stress Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

Twitching usually occurs due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or nerve irritation or dryness etc please identify the cause and follow accordingly You can use lubricant eye drops.
