I am having turbinate hypertrophy from few months how to get rid of them . And does they cause forehead heaviness above eyes because i am having head heaviness from 2 weeks

Turbinate hypertrophy is sign of nasal allergy. By itself it will not cause headaches, but the Sinusitis from Hypertrophy of Turbinate can lead to headache. ITH can be treated both medical and Surgically. Simple surgery can relieve ITH.
