A macroadenoma is a benign tumor composed of glandular tissue growth larger than 10 mm (those under 10 mm are called microadenomas). They usually form in the adrenal and pituitary glands, but they can also form in the colon, kidneys, and
thyroid gland. As it is a benign tumor, you aren't in danger but the tumor should be removed as it can affect the pituitary gland and cause imbalance in release of hormones. The treatment option of choice is surgery to remove the tumor followed by medications to keep any changes in hormones in order.I would advise you to meet a neurosurgeon and get evaluated to nderstand the best option of treatment for you
