Tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia
Rectal polyp was completely removed and biospy report shows the impression “ Tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia”. Any further treatment required on this case ?
How much is size of Adenoma ,mentioned on colonoscopy report?
Has the endoscopic resection of polyp done? Or only biopsy taken?
N my suggestion is to repeat biopsy atleast once ,get blocks from previous lab n review it at another reputed lab once
N your futher followup depends on size of polyp , and if not excised yet ,get its excision done endoscopically
Once u mention its size ,follow up protocol will be discussed
With this little detail ,get follow up endoscopy done 6 monthly for first two years
