Hello Sir, Patient is diabetic since 20 year and 3 months back he got water filed in his 1 lung and after dignosis it was discovered that its first stage of tuberclousis hid treatment is going on since 2 month but he is not adeptitve to medicine and having continuous weight loss , vomit, dazzines , suden drop in sugar level , please suggest.
