Tuberculosis Test to confirm

My father is undergoing treatment for wrist bone chronic infection. The doctor is telling it's a case of TB arthritis. And treatment for same (ATT medications) is going. We did CB-NAAT test one month back and it came negative. How we can confirm tb and be sure that the treatment is going in current direction.

Its extra pulmonary tb. CB-NAAT is not a confirmatory test. Continue medication and do a culture and biopsy

Hi, Nowadays extrapulmonary tb is becoming common;don'tworry; Please go ahead with Synovial biopsy or culture which is the confirmatory test for this.
