What is empiric tuberculosis treatment?? Dr I am having symtoms similar to pulmonary TB but all my reports like chest Xray, genexpert, ESR, CRP, sputum culture and even chest CT with contrast I have done is negative. I consulted doctor in my area and after seeing my report he gave me few medicines but the medicines didn't work. I am still having symtoms similar to TB. Now the only test left to confirm whether I am having tb or not is Bronchoscopy. Doctor if my bronchoscopy comes normal then can I be sure that I don't have TB?
