Can doctor start TB treatment based on symtoms , even if all the sputum test , CT scan and even genexpert and Bronchoscopy are normal ? I had 2 times blood I cough and every day evening rise in temperature. My weight, appetite every thing is normal. My all reports are normal

Weight loss and appetite are normal so mostly we cant think of tb It is good to start att after we rule out everything Please consult good pulmonologist
