I m having tb in neck since two years nd still taking Dots from dispensary..in my neck several lumps on both side nd get fluctuating sometimes its get grow and reduce along with appearing another lumps..nd i want it to know that which type of test should i do so that i will know that my bacteria is still active or inactive..

You can do FNAC from the involved neck nodes and do culture and sensitivity for TB. If the organism are drug resistant, the involved nodes should be surgically removed.
