TT Injection
My son of 4 yrs got wound while climbing staircase. He got scratch on chin. I visited the clinic and doctor after thorough observation gave him hydroheal ointment and cefakind syrup.
There was iron railing to hold on staircase . I m n't sure he got wound due to it or wall? So should he take a tetanus shot?
P.S. He has taken the all necessary vaccinations as suggested by paediatric so far including DPaT.

If the child has god deep cut wound the and exposed to the environment then give him tt shot
Only aberration and not has any shot in last 6 months then give him a shot of tt inj
