TSH value at 6.845 at 5Wks pregnancy

I am 5 Weeks Pregnant and I got my TSH value tested which showed me 6.845. Please let me know if it's going to affect my Child & what medicines or Precautions should be taken to reduce it. Will my TSH value reduce by taking medicines without affecting my child during pregnancy?
