I checked tsh test which comes 24 but now doctor told cross check it and only day after I tested it comes 43 why there so is variation .... T3 and t4 is normal .... Should I. Need medicine

I think if you have following  symptoms  you should  start If weight gain, loss hair, laziness, forgetfullnes, constipation, menstrual cycle problem etc
