I wanted to check my TSH and before the test prior 4 hrs I took tea and some biscuit. My TSH result is 17 . Is the test correct or I need to get it done again?

This test may be measured any time of the day without fasting. The brain regulates the amount of thyroid hormones in the blood. So the result should be correct . I would advise you to visit an endocrinologist and get treated accordingly.

Pls check ur t3, t4 and tsh once again in v gud lab. Do u hav any problems. Bcoz u hav checked ur thyroid hormones.
