Hi , I think you should first see an endocrinologist because setting a dosage is important and would like to know your T3,T4reports as well because there are lots of reasons for a high Tsh .and also it can change easily it can come down . High stress levels, lack of sleep ,low calcium absorption and loads of other reasons are there so surely can help but want to know your other vitals . Do get in touch for further consult
