Tsh level increased after delivery

Hi doctor... I have a thyroid issue from last 7 years but it is in control.....My tsh level is 8 during pregnancy in that time I used 125mcg thyroid tablet... After delivery if I consume that tablet I felt like low so I stopped using thyroid tablet...now my baby is 11 months old... Present my tsh level is 176.169 .. I was shocked... Why it is increased this much... Please tell the reason for this

You should not have stopped thyroid tablets. Restart it.

Oh my god. As u stop the suddenly  without  advise  of doctors. Now u need definitely  a endocrinologist.  200 mcg one in empty stomach before breakfast  for two months.  It's teh full dose for thyroxine. Add calcium as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bone become weak. Shalcal m one at night till u on thyroxine,  not to stop medicine  as u need prolonged  follow up. Add walk .

You are having hypothyroidism. Do not stop thyroxine medicines . Check FR3/FT4/TSH every 3 months . Also do serum TPO -antibody levels.
