TSH level 108.578 what does that mean

I was on thyronorm 100 mcg for last couple of years but 4 months back my Tsh level came down and I stopped taking it . What should I do now, latest reports are T3-1.76, T4- 0.56 and TSH - 108.578. Please advise how I should I proceed further and how much Thyronorm I should start

thyronorm if u take then u take life long medicine taken for normal ur thyroid level. bt if u take homoeopathy treatment only few duration it become normal and the most imp thing u don't need to take medicine life long. this is hypothyroidism condition.
