Other parameters Creatinine - 1.28 (now under control.. earlier 1.7) Uric acid - 8 Hba1c ,- 6.6 ESR - 28 Is TsH is matter of concern and will impact heart treatment?

As T3 and T4 are normal and TSH is borderline low 0.1120, i will say no treatment needed. Can safely undergo bypass surgery.
