I am 28 weeks pregnant and my TSh level shows as 3.19, do I need to start any thyroid medication or is it normal? I am using iron, calcium,ecosprin tablets and daily one clexane 40mg due to LA and ANA positive Please suggest required treatment..

TSH up to three nonograms is normal itis ideal to have treatment to avoid complications
