I have irregular cycles, trend from last some months is 35,25,25,19,25.this time assuming it to be 25 day cycle I am 10 days late and I have done two urine's​ test and they were neg. I am having all the symptoms headache, diziness, low bp, nausea and cramps and sharp shooting pain in upper abdomen several times a day i hvae done blood test it came negative with hcg level less than 1.2 pls help if i am not pregnant then why these symptoms
