Periods like cramps from 15th day of cycle. Periods due today but has not shown till now. Negative pregnancy test.

Wait for two more days u should get ur periods ,at this age there are harmonal changes which delays periods sometimes if you are not pregnant, however u may again repeat pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy.
