Trying to conceive but have thyroid

I am trying to conceive for past seven months. Had doubt whether I had thyroid ,so I took the TSH test but unfortunately have 6.38 in TSH test. When I was 22 years,my thyroid was on border so I took 0.25mg thyroid tablets and left taking the tablets after 3-4 months. Is this TSH value -6.38 , delaying my pregnancy? Should I check ent specialist or go to gynecologist?

U shd consult a gynecologist. 7months delay is not an issue in conception however for better management of thyroid hormone levels in order to conceive you shd visit gynecologist
